Production of Each Color?

Does anybody know how many 2005 Mustangs have been produced in each color, yet?

I'd heard that my color, Sonic Blue, is set to be discontinued for 2006.

Just wondered how many of us there are ...

It really to early yet. Production is probably a little over half done. They probably won't have good numbers until 4th quarter. This is just my take on it.

That makes sense, Blk05Retro! Just checking.

Also wondering if blue is considered an unusual color for Mustangs. I've always seen plenty of black, red, and white ones, but not so many blue.

I had a tough time finding a Sonic Blue V-6 with all the options I wanted ...

I think Sonic Blue was introduce in either 02 or 03. If you go to Fords Fleet site, it tells the colors they are going to have for 06. I don't think Sonic Blue was on it. I think the site is www.fleet.ford.com

According to that site, "Tungsten" seems to replace Mineral Gray and "Vista Blue" seems to replace Sonic Blue, everything else remaining constant. I had heard that Titanium was going to be a color option, although that may be what Tungsten is, and I'm hoping that the color view options are screwed up, because vista blue looks even lighter than windveil blue.

I read in here somewhere that there was a show car that had Titanium and that color will be coming out in MY 06, but be called Tungsten. Hopefully, that makes sense. At any rate, the Tungsten is darker than Satin Silver. I think the Mineral Grey had a slight brownish-cast to it when the light hit it. Otherwise, it looks almost the same as Dark Shadow Gray on other Fords, like the Escape for example.

And, yes, I think the color view is fouled up -- vista blue looks lighter than the windveil blue on my monitor too, but I don't think that will be the real case.

Also, on my monitor, the Legend Lime is WAY OFF. Looks like an Olive Green! Anyone else?
