ProDumps On...Pros and Cons...!

[Auto Reverse]

Well, this past weekend the three chamber Flowmaster Force II's came off and the two chamber MAC ProDumps went on.

Pros
- Considerably more power in mid to high end RPM's
- Sound very nice, mean grumble at idle and low RPM's

Cons
- Loss of a little torque at low RPM's
- Smell of gas, CO poisoning inside car, headaches

Now, the obnoxious smell and whatever could be a fuel pressure issue. I have 30 lbs. injectors and might be dumping to much fuel into the motor. I'm going to have it dynotuned again in the near future. We'll see.

I got dumps on my car, same pro's as you but i really dont smell anything when im driving*knock on wood.

Hopefully it's just a fuel pressure problem then.

I also have produmps and have no problem with smells, unless I'm sitting in traffic for a few minutes with the windows down.

You'll like the dumps. I used to have 'em and liked them w/no fume problem. The sound is addicting.

Well, this sounds promising, I'm going to pull a plug tonight and see if it's black, I assume it will be. So I think a dynotune will be in order.
