does anybody have a 1998 mustang gt with a HYPERTECH POWER PROGRAMMER 3 model 41037??? and if so did you notice a big diffrence? was it worth the money? and will i have to keep on programing it or will it save the program?

Pure junk. Don't buy it.

Spend your money on SCT Xcal 3 or any of their other devices and buy from a reputable tuner.
