Well if anyone remembers a while back I started on rebuilding the 4.0 out of my moms grand cherokee 96 and well finally got the tranny and motor rebuilt and back in the car and today I started it... It took a few cranks but it fired up and runs awesome! I am extremely happy with what I did and now its the mustangs turn, mwahahaha.

those 4.0 I-6's are absolute tanks arent they? how many miles did it have on it when u started the rebuild?

Yeah they are. Motor and transmission both had over 240,000 on them and where still going!

HA ha! drove the jeep home today left the stang at work. Drives pretty damn solid. And looking at the engine bay is fun its SO CLEAN!!!!
