Ight been awhile since i made any post. Life got away from me. Daughter is growing up fast and trying not to miss out on it. As far as car goes. The 88gt is scrapped. And the 89lx is under way. Mods so far:
Tubular rear control arms
95 gt rear end with posi and 3.55
Aluminum drive shaft
Tubular k memeber
Lowering springs
315 35 17 radials
Roll control
Aluminum radiator with twin fan
All new rubber around hatch doors and windows.
Motor im building is a 5.8l twin turbo. With twisted wedge heads. Anderson n41 cam. Blow through carb. Forged rods. The works. Running low on money hence the name blown budget. Ive got about 4000 in it so far. Which i guess isnt to bad seing as i pretty well have it all. Just gotta get it together.

I have to say the 'gotta go green' is a little unusual.

I actuallly think your on to something with the lime green... I have a young nephew that painted his entire GTvert a color close to that. One thing for sure, you like it, and it is unique. Pull it all together.

BTW, I saw some spark plug wire protectors in that green color on ebay.......

Have fun with it and, best wishes on the final project.

All I say about it is be sure that you are in a well ventilated room when you start that car. That green paint will burn off the exhaust headers so fast and give off so many toxic fumes that you'll want to be clear out of there when the smokin' starts.

I thought that was garage art.
They don't make 'gotta go green' header paint?

Uhh No. Something in the upside down turbo pic is holding the turbos on, and that "something" doesn't look like the green headers, so they may in fact be garage art.
But if not....I'd recommend this when starting that car.
