I installed Projector headlights in my 96 GT last night. I would recomend these to anyone who wants better lighting up front. The install wasn't to bad, once i got the first one done the second was a breeze. Adjusting them isn't to bad either just a pain i drove it twice last night to adjust them and it only take 2 or 3 min to adjust them. The high beams kick ass to def. super bright. Projectors are def. the way to go

I have the one-piece projector lights now and absolutely hate them. I actually just went back to the non-projectors until they come out with something better. The rubber pulled off the lens and was flapping in the wind. Also, they were pointing way too far down and were impossible to adjust up far enough to see more than 10 feet in front of you. I actually just bought the black beauty headlights from 50resto.com. They are VERY nice, but just not projectors. Much cleaner looking too.

I don't have the one piece halo's that your are talking about. I have clear corners with the replacement headlight projectors (non-halo). Mine are easy to adjust and i couldn't be happier. My stock ones locked like **** and were dim. These projectors don't have any rubber on them cause they fit into the stock headlight socket.

I will try and get some pictures up tonight

thats good to hear. I have a thread on here about my experience with the halo one-piece. I had yours as well, but weren't mounted right and when I closed the hood after some work, I cracked the lenses. For the short time I had them though, I loved them. Just to much chrome and white for a black car. I am looking for a black based headlight. That is why I went with the black beauty's from 50resto

didn't get them yet. I just ordered them last week. I'll post them when istalled. Hopefully, by the end of the week.

I got them at 50resto.com for $229. That includes the black side markers.

i hope they are improved over the projectors i had 3 yrs ago. those things sucked. I had the 2 peice and the beam still wouldn't go where i wanted it....after a year they started leaking and i just bought some cobra style clears with the blacked out edge....they are superior in lighting and looks.....but good luck with the projectors. I wish mine weren't such turds cause they looked cool on the car.

Mine are easy to adjust the light hits right where i want. A buddy of mine told me to bead the edge with silicon to prevent the leaking which i did just to be safe.

thats good advice from your buddy. i did that after i blew a couple of bulbs....i sold mine to a neighbor cheap and he is going to use them to house a HID kit...so that should look sweet.
