PS3s going for $3,000+ on ebay already

Got lucky this year and won the lottery at Target. #1 out of 12 to get picked, even, so it was guaranteed and I got to go home and sleep in my warm bed instead of sleeping outside

I planned on camping out the day before, but everyone beat us to it. I'd set up the auction days in advance, on a gamble, and had I not gotten one I would've just come home and ended it early. No harm no foul and I gambled w/the setup fees only. Granted I found a douchebag bidder who didn't pay, but I'm looking for others or will just set it up again soon.

What is the address to your auction? I figure now that the PS3 is out, I might go ahead and buy a PS2. I don't play games all that much.....but I wouldn't mind taking a ride on those Tony Hawk games on PS2.

What's funny is ebay took some precautions to keep bad sellers from selling them; and the big problem (aside from all the pre-sales sold that weren't fulfilled from the stores) turns out to be bad bidders entering huge bids on everything Dumbasses.

If people are crazy (dumb) enough to pay that kind of cash out...so be it...

My kid can play the ps2/psp/gameboy stuff for a while until the prices come back to something normal.
