checked the ptv clearance and i have 1mm of clearance at the smallest point on the intake, exhaust is 4mm. the heads are shaved .030 and i used the stock pushrods so thats .030 extra i would gain in clearance when i put the shorter pushrods in, right? also i checked it with the stock springs and hydralic lifters and turned the motor over with the starter, turns over real fast with no compression so that might help with the hydralic lifter callapsing. maybe i should retard the cam to get better clearances on the intake right?
