Well a long story short, I have a 02 GT that I have not been using for the past 3 years until this past week since I am in the military and have been between korea and Iraq for the last three years. Right before leaving my car in storage I put on a BBK catted x-pipe and a flowmaster cat-back( I did use mil-eliminators). I had once had a Pro-M MAF installed because my stock MAF was cracked but I replaced it with a stock MAF last week and a K&N drop in filter. Well after installing the exhaust before putting my car into storage the check engine light came on ( maybe after like 200 or 300 miles of highway driving ). The car still drives great and I have not noticed any problems other than the Check Engine light stays on. I went to Auto Zone and had the codes pulled, it came up with 9 codes!!! Here they are

P0043
P1451
P0135
P0155
P1409
P0136
P0141
P0156
P0161

Anybody have any clues on why it has so many codes, most of them are 02 sensor codes which makes me think that the mil eliminators I have are no good but I could be wrong. Any ideas on what is causing all of these codes? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

...I can take it. I think.

Did they reset them for you? If not have them reset and see what shows up again.

For referance here is a site with a list of Fords Codes

These are all circuit malfunction codes. Sounds like a problem with the harness to me. Look for any broken wires or loose connectors.

Maybe a rodent chewed through some wires while the car was sitting for 3 years. It wouldn't be the first time that's happened.

+1 on the rodent eating thru a harness, that many circuit malfs usually means a damaged harness.
