Pulley Alignment

Any thoughts on the best way to align pulleys? I mean other than eyeballing it..I've got one out of wack and it trims my serp belt to fit. It works but at some point it might cause me some issues when my car gets tech'd prior to a race or autocross.

are you still running stock pulleys? I swapped in an alternator that didnt quite line up one time. Had to shim it to push it out slightly.
