Pulley bolt torque spec?

I'm reinstalling my factory 2-groove pulley on the crank and 3-groove on the water pump. Anyone have the torque spec for these handy? Do they require thread locker or lock washers? The crank pulley did not have lock washers when I removed it (but the water pump pulley did) which surprised me. I don't want them to loosen up and wobble. Thanks!

If you want to torque the crank pulley bolts (I just get em tight enough) they'll go to 45 ft/lbs (as do most 3/8ths bolts) Water pump pulley---25 ft lbs (or that'll do) These aren't critical bolts and need no thread locker.
