Just got my engine back and everything went smooth until i had to put the pulleys on. Thats when i noticed that when they rebuilt it they put a new balancer on and switched from my 3 bolt balancer to a 4 bolt balancer. I spent 2 1/2 days looking for pulleys. I finally found a pair that fit, but i am worried about cavatation on the water pump pulley because it is significantly smaller than stock. Does anyone know where i can get a crank pulley(pulley set) that will get the water pump pulley back to the proper size?

you might want to confirm that the balancer they installed is correct for your engine.
The newer 4 bolt versions are typically 50 ounce (offset) balance, whereas the older 3 bolt units were 28 ounce (offset).

on a street car, you are better off overdriving your waterpump some, especially if you live in a hot climate.
my crank pulley is 6.5" and my waterpump pulley is 5.5"

But say if you have a circle track car buzzing at 4000rpm+ all day, you'd want to underdrive your waterpump.

What is the difference on your two pulleys?
whats your car being used for?
what car do you have?

contact jack wilson (tech guy) at Stewart Components, he'll steer you in the right direction on pulley ratios, and cooling tech.
