I have one of the bellhousing bolts in backwards for the rear and one of the alternator mount bolts for the front.. Will these hold? The bellhousing I can see, but the alternator ones are only 10mm bolts..
I used one of the bell housing bolts and i believe it was the alternator as well. Obviously stay away from the head bolts, damn aluminum heads. Make sure you are using at least grade 8 bolts when you are lifting that baby out, don't use grade 5.

I used one of the ones on the rear of the driver side head first and broke that one off. I think it was the one that the dpf? sensor bracket bolts onto. ya whoops. welded back on with a stud now.
