Had my wifes front brakes done on her 00 Monte SS. The rears were said to have 30% left. After driving them for a couple of weeks the entire car shakes and pulsates when breaking under any load, heavy or light.
Big O said they will turn the rotors again for free.
Anyone else have this problem or can you give me any options or info????

Two biggest causes of pulsating brakes after service:
1. Wheel lug nuts not properly torqued evenly, in at least 2 steps, and within factory specs.
2. Excessive metal removed from the rotors, Thin rotors warp easily. Turning them again may be effective, but only for a few days.

I never turn (resurface) rotors. I they are badly scored, I replace them.
