Pulsation / Vibration only when turning right

I am having the same exact problem as you. My car is a 79 though and mine
occurs when turning left. Again , all my suspension is new. Recently had
an alignment and balanced tires. I see no binding and feel no play in
any suspension component, and the exhaust system is free and clear of the
body.
If I come up with an answer before you , I will absolutely let you know.
Unless someone else could chime in.....

Hey, I just finished looking over everything on my car, I found a post
on some random forum about the same problem and they said if it happens when turning right , check the left wheel bearing and if turning left check
the right bearing. Sure enough , my passanger front wheel bearing has
a tiny bit of play. Hardly noticable, but if you look from under the car to
where the bearing rides on the spindle you can see it move freely when
putting pressure on the tire from the 12 oclock to 6 oclock position.
just like you , all my parts are new and properly spec'd, but I guess it
is posable for a new part to be bad. Mine happened when turning left,
not right, like yours, so you should closly look for play on the driver side.
But check them all. I heard somewhere else that it can happen in the rear too
but seem like it is in the front. Best of luck to you. Take care.
