Hey guys I just need some help with installing linelock, Im putting a new transmission in (TKO 600) and I wanted to do motormounts and line lock at same time, just need some help, thanks everyone.
See if I remember how I did this. My mastercylinder had three ports. Bought the Hurst line loc and Mustang install kit.
Plug port on bottom of MC with proper plug. Rear line on MC is for the front brakes if I'm not mistaken. Follow line to proportioning valve. I removed propotioning valve from the equation. I ran the line from the MC into the line loc. Then ran lines from the Hurst line loc (3 outlet ports) to the lines going to both front brakes. I plugged the third outlet in my old car and this car I installed a brake pressure gauge.
Bleed brakes and test. Think that's it. Oh yeah. Buy plenty of brake line. I probably bent a dozen wrong. LOL
