Push rod size?

Hey guys, i was wondering what the stock length pushrod for a 5.0. i think they are 6.250in but not sure if thats right.

I have afr 185 heads and i need chromoly pushrods and not sure what size to put back in. any suggestions on how to find out what size i need i would greatly appreciate it. thanks guys

Even though this thread is really old! For anyone who may be wondering same thing...

to check for pushrod length common procedure would be to

1. purchase a pushrod length tool,
2. put the heads on w/ head gasket & tighten
3. mark the top of your valves w/ a sharpie
4. rotate motor by hand
5. adjust pushrod length tool until rocker/sharpie pattern is centered on valve.
