I agree with that. But I'm talking like my Challenger had. Key in pocket and the car detects it. Just hop in and hit the Start button.

Don't know about the masculinity factor, but I have to keep the stang key separate because it's so low on the column that if I have any key ring it digs into the top of my knee. Granted I'm tall but I don't have this issue on any other car. It just seems to be positioned weird. Having a loose key in my pocket all the time is a bit of a PITA.

I test drove an Audi Q7 and not only did you push a button to start it, you had to push it again to shut it down.

I've push started a couple cars in my day and never want to do it again. I can't believe anyone would want to have to do it every time they wanted to go somewhere....
