When the valves are adjusted properly, and after they've been locked down, should be PR still be able to be spun with your fingers? I'm adjusting them to Zero Lash and then goin a 1/4 turn past and lockin them down there (1/4 turn for Race Application according to procedure I'm following). After I do that though, the PR is pretty tight and can't be turned by my fingers. Thanks for any help you can give. Thanks!
