I'm putting in a 255 lph fuel pump in a week along with replacing the leaking gasket for the filler tube. Anyways, I need to know if I need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator once the fuel pump is installed. Will there be higher fuel pressure because of the more powerful pump? Will my car run really rich without an AFPR?

If it's an in-tank pump, it's probably made by Walbro and will output the same pressure as the stock pump, also made by Walbro. I installed the Walbro 255 lph ILO the stock 95 lph in ym 95 GT vert and it was no issue for the stock FPR. You will be running the return line at about its limit when you're idling, though. Best bet: put in a gauge and watch the pressure as the engine idles. If it creeps up, replace the the FPR with an Aeromotive or equivalent.
