Putting on a lift?

How do you safely put Boss 302 on 2 post lift? Online info make it look very problematic ? Any one have experience with aluminum pinch weld jack pads i have seen for sale ? Just trying to be safe and not destroy pinch welds and rockers. Any insight appreciated.

In front, I always used what appeared to be a frame rail, right next to exhaust.

In the rear, used this area

Never been a fan of using pinch welds myself.

She was. Bought new, never saw rain or snow. Sold a little over a year ago to get Shelby.
