I'm putting a KB 2.2 on a stock bottom 5.0 with full exhaust, shifter, built t-5, 3.37s, and the usual mild bolt ons. My suspension is stock as of now. Slicks are in the future, but not anytime soo. I want to put this power to the pavement so I planning on adding upper/lower control arms and traction bars. So my 2 questions:

1. What control arms should I get that are completly bolt on that work good? Do I have to adjust them, or can I just "bolt em on"?. And are summit's brand control arms any good?

2. Can I drive with bolt on traction bars with everyday driving, or will it potentially damage my frame or traction bars.

3. (I know I said 2 questions, but I lied) Do subframes help for drag or just handling? Do I need anyting else?
