I just bought one but I can't remember if I have to add MIL Eliminators... or anything else with these?

you will need MIL elims. at least 80% of stangs will. And if it's for 99+ then you wont need o2 extensions

Myself I would get the plug and play ones. Real easy to put on. I know Steeda makes some, I think there around 60 bucks. You can probaly find them a bit cheaper on Ebay or American Muscle using the stangnet discount code.
