Will q-forms fit in a fox body convertible?
The website for Qlogic.ws lists a q-form for the 87-90 mustang (except for convertibles), but the panel looks roughly the same footprint as the coupe and hatchback.

Is there a problem with the panel fitting, or is it just an imaging problem?

I would prefer not to have to build my own kick panel pods, but I may have to; are there any extra considerations for convertibles if I need to fabricate the panels myself?

Good question!
I too would like to know about the Q-logic fit with verts.
I hear they get in the way of the clutch pedal and big feet!

Update

I emailed the Q-forms company and they sent me back this reply:

Currently we do not have any plans to produce kicks for older Mustang convertibles. The coupe and convertible kick panel area is completely different. The Q-forms for the coupe cannot be modified to fit the convertible.

So I may have to build one myself; I'm not sure if it would be in the way of the clutch as i have an automatic (A situation i hope to fix in the future)

I don't know about anyone else, but on long trips I find myself resting my foot near the kick plate. A Q-forms box would seem to just get in the way for me.

I dont think they are very different ...my car is a 89gt with a hatch....my buddy has an 88 gt conv.....as soon as i have a chance i will take one of the extra kicks laying around from my car and compare it with the ones in his. If you are handy with fiberglass and body filler, they really arent that hard to make. I recommend the web site www.fiberglassforums.com if anyone is interested.
