QA-1 coilover ?

i need some clarification here. i have a QA-1 K-member with the QA-1 tubular a-arms and coilovers. it clanks, clunks, and is kinda noisy over bumps. is it the tubular arms and k-member making this noise or the coilover setup itself? thinking about switching coilovers.

I would think it is the coilovers as there is not much to clunk in the k-member.

I've been researching coil-overs for 6 mths. Everything I've read says noise is most likely traced to poor installation (not getting the right spacers or lube in the top bearing mount) or a lower quality product. It's a rare person with Maximum Motorsports or Greigs(sp) coil-overs that complain about noise. For them noise is not a problem.
