QA1 k-member and A-arms here, spring rates????

I got my QA-1 front end today with the a-arms and k-member and cast and camber plates, I need to know what the difference in sping rates are? Know what I need to drive4 on the street and drag on the weekends?

I noticed that everybody does that, hehehe no I didn't post pics, I have had bad luck trying, you know what a k-member looks like, seen one ya seend it all, it is at the body shop getting sprayed Opal silver to match the car and lots of clear, well, it is at the body shop, when I get around to spraying it I don't know, got get a front clip on the car first
