First off there are two reasons I may go with a QA1 K-member. First my local garage has a brand new one they will sell me for $200; second a tech from MM recommended that I do not use the MM K-member on my 93 Cobra due to it moving the suspension forward more than 3/4 of an inch forcing me to do some fendor/suspension work.

That out of the way, I plan on using the QA1 K-member along with the MM A-arms, coil overs, etc. Think I will run into any problems? I have to change K-members because my current one is bent due to the previous owner getting in an accident and not getting the car repaired correctly, I would hate to bolt in another stock one :(

heres my buddies coilover setup. Hes running a UPR k member with UPR A Arms
Fitment required some custom fab just to reinforce the frame rails (mostly due to the coilovers. But you get the idea. The UPR setup is quite nice and fairly inexpensive.

I do believe there are a few companies that do increase the wheelbase and req fender mods. His fit quite well.

You might want to talk to TUNEDIN302. I believe he has the pro's and cons of running a tubular K member on a car that doesnt see constant track duty
