Does anyone have an extra set of quad shock mounts that are bolted to the frame on 85+ 5.0s. We are putting a 8.8 into a '83 and want to use the shocks rather than the slapper bars.
If anyone has a set kickin around it would be much easier than trying to fabricate some up.
have metal welded to the bottom of the lower control arms and you wont really need them anymore... If you still get wheel hop it's time for new shocks and poly bushings in he rear.
