My Mustang has the worest handling ever! I sometimes hate driving the car. Its very easy to be jerk around and ride very rough. Any of you guys experiencing this? My suspension mods are stock shocks and struts, stock springs, Lakewood UCA, Mac LCA, front sway bar, and my back sway bar broke so I took it off.

I get a woody from the way my car rides. I just put "B" springs on with all other stock parts and love the ride. I went with cheap tires and my car started that jerking all over the place , I have some more Goodyears on the way as we speak. Are you running cheap tires?

i have heard biltstein shocks and struts make a big difference. they are on my list, but they are so expensive ...

the rear end on my 96 used to bounce around like crazy and bottom out; i hated it. it had stock control arms and maxspeed lowering springs. i replaced the shocks but it didn't make much difference.

my 95 rides much better. it has bbk control arms, intrax springs, and no sway bar either (it was broken when i bought the car). it doesn't bottom out nearly as much. some people say if you have aftermarket control arms you don't need the sway bar, others will say you need it. i figure it can't hurt. my strut tower brace doesn't fit anymore after the new intake, so i need a new one. if you still have the stock intake, it should fit yours. if you are interested in it, pm me.

Replace the swaybar. Get a good matched set of springs/shocks/struts. Also, from experience, a good set of four BFG KDW's will ride nice and improve performance a good bit as they are a quality tire. After that, your car should ride very well. If you want to go a bit further, but not spend much, replace the A-arm bushings with poly ones and also put poly bushings on the front swaybar along with new endlinks.

My ride sucks bad too right now as I have stock everything that is way past worn out at 132,000 miles. Next week, I'll be getting most of Maximum Motorsports Road & Track Kit which should turn my car into a handling champ.

Good luck. At the least, put on new shocks/struts and a swaybar.
