I´m about to buy the entire setup for my 91 LX but got stock on these, which do you recomend or are they 2 different things and I should use both?

Not sure if you have purchased yet but have heard good things about the Quarterhorse setup. They also have a forum that answers most all your questions.

Neither , use Binary Editor software, EEC Analyzer

Qh.. Is what I use. With binary editor and EEC analyzer. Eectuning.org is a good website for tuning help. There are documents there to read to get you ready to start tuning. It is something that has a learning curve, but can be rewarding once you get it figured out.

both of these are programs.. Qh, tweecer, sct are tuners

Original poster was stating he already had a QH , but was asking which program to use with it , I suggested BE and EEC analyzer

the topic didn't look that way to me.. Must have misunderstood.. Either way, qh, binary editor, EEC analyzer is the way to go
