quarter panel rot....

anyone have any rust/rot in the quarter panels? just wondering as I noticed some on mine. cant really see it if your not looking, as its only on the bottom of the lip of the quarter, but it is enough that some of the paint has bubbled/chipped/peeled off. it is the factory paint btw.

not really bothered since I'm planning on painting this summer, just thought it interesting since I never saw any sort of rust like that on my old 87.

I noticed I have a small gap between my rear quarter window and the body of the car so water can get in. no rust/rot yet though

I've got some on my 86 in the same area. Its definately not normal, if i were you I would sand off the rust and paint it asap before it starts spreading and getting worse...
