I was wondering if anyone knew if the piece directly behind the rear tire that the bumper goes over was a piece of the quarter panel or something else if so what is it name? Also the next piece that goes behind the light what is the name of this? Luckily im not doing the body work just buying the parts.

The cover screws into the metal quarter panel at the rear wheel well. The peice of metal behind the tail light is the tail panel. It is metal and is welded to the quarter panels and floor pan. It all has to be cut out to be replaced.
i just bought the quarter panel new from ford and there saying it was all one piece which didnt make sense to me thanks for the info im gunna call around and look for the tail panel thanks for the help just couldnt let my first car go this way means to much had her since i was 16 and now am 21
