Quarter Window Restoration Question

Found a set locally I was thinking about restoring but part of the trim is lifting, don't know if this is a dealbreaker or not for restoration

I'd probably pass, unless cheap enough to look at it as if you were buying one window, and getting another as a bonus.

Prob just toss it on Ebay cheap and see if someone needs a window cheap for a project car.

But if my intent was restoring the window to like-new condition, I'd find a better starting point
