Last post had me fixing the body seals, now I have found a new source of water. When pulling the tail lights for paint prep, I found the seals around the acting like a sponge, I could actually squeeze water out of them!! Does anyone have a source for new seals or suggestions how to fix mine? Also, I had to pull the carpet to get it to dry, and the coating on the floor could use some help as well -- source of supply? What have you used? Enjoying the rain in coastal Oregon ........................................Mike.

Yeah, I noticed that too when I pulled my out. Had pine needles and all sorts of crap in there. I had been under the impression that the whole back end up to the quarters was galvanized . Those things basically are foam rubber sponges. Had a fun time trying to wipe the rust out of them...

Sorry can't help you out though. Maybe you can fabricate something just as easily? I'm interested in replies too, cause I'm also wondering about the best way to go about it.

They are available. I got a set a t the "Roundup" at Belleview I think last year. There was a II parts booth, maybe show before last... Check out the II parts links. I picked up the door felts and all marker light gaskets. Sorry I couldn't find the name of whose part supplier. The guy was from back east.

The new ones were foam too, although it wouldn't be hard to make out of flat rubber.
