I just installed a spec stg 3 clutch along with a UPR triple hook quadrant, adjustable cable, and firewall adjuster. When my motor is cold before warming up the clutch pedal feels nice and smooth, but after it warms up it feels kind of weird. Its hard to explain. It still has the same pedal pressure, but when I release the pedal from the floor I can feel points where it is kind of bindy, almost jerky. Its like it doesn't want to release as easy as when its cold. This makes it difficult for me to get moving off the line with out making the car buck or riding the clutch a bit. It makes it harder to feel when the clutch grabs. What would cause this?

Check your cable routing again.. Could be binding up.

I ordered the stg 2 and was accidentally sent the stg 3, so I figured I might as well keep it since I got a good deal. I think the problem is my clutch cable because my friend says he has the same problem with the UPR kit. The clutch pedal feels "sticky." I doubt its the throw out bearing because I just replaced it when I did the clutch swap.

make sure the cable isnt too close to the header. ditch the adjustable cable also. get an oem cable from maximum motorsports or somewhere else. the reason you have a firewall adjuster is so you dont have to use an adjustable cable

ps. adjustable cables are crap
