I finallly figured out what was wrong with my AC, out of all things its the high pressure switch. I understand a lot of these dont go bad, its usually the low pressure swtich. But I was wondering if the ones on the V6 cars were the same as the one on my car..... I would think they would be. But I wasn't sure so I thought I would ask.

Hey man, I forgot to reply to reply to the other thread. I actually have not replaced the switch and don't know anything about its interchangability.
If all else fails, talk to your dealership's parts man. He can look up each application (v6 and GT) and see if it calls for the same part number. I'm thinking it will be the same but one thing I can think of in this mix that's different is that the V6's have single speed fans (IIRC) and we have duals. And the HPS is tied into fan control as I recall. I really don't know if that could lead to different part numbers.
