Question about Mach 460 tweeter pods

i have some Mach 460 tweeter pods that i want to put in my 94 mustang and mount my own tweeters in. My question is... Is the door panel going to need modification to fit since the bottom of the pod is bigger than the stock panel that was there originally?

The pod looks great and fits right i just though i would inquire before cutting a little bit out of the top of the door panel.

They should fit fine, they stick out a bit more then the hole covers but the door panels are the same with or without.
