question about panhard bar and rear swaybar

Do you use one or the other, or both at the same time??

You use both at the same time, the panhard bar just keeps the axle centered, and the sway bar controls the body roll.

Yea what he said. They both do different things and dont interfere with each other so use both. Unless you are having a problem with oversteer, then you may want to remove the rear sway bar. However for normal suspension setups (including most modified suspensions with the PH bar) this is not an issue.
