Question about Rear SPeaker Wire Colors

i'm Hookin up an amp in my car and i am still gonna use the stock cd player so I bought the adapter that hooks up to the rear speaker wires and comes out the other end as rca jacks. I wanna hook the adapter to the wires before the wires get to the stock amplifiers. Now my question is, what color are the rear speaker wires?

Don't use the wires that are before the stock amps. They won't work well. I assume you have the Mach 460 system and are looking for a short cut. The tweeters in the rear deck are not amplified at all. They run right off the radio and are crossed over under the center of the dash. Anyhow, I don't know the wire colors, but there is a grey plug with two wires on each tweeter. The side with the clip on it is - negative. You might have to pull the back deck out, or drop the rear box......
