my family got the rims in the mail the other day and sent me pics
the rims are brand new and so are the tires. they are the bullit replicas
that are black and chrome.
problem is looks like they oversprayed onto the bakc side of the rim when they painte the spokes
my question is can that stuff come off.
and for you guys who have them can you see that when there on the car
thanks
dan

Before you worry about it coming off, you have to decide if it's really necessary to do so....DOnt want to be putting chemicals on there and risking it going on to the good side.

if i cant see it on the car i will leave it . i dont want to mess the rims up. im very much a perfectionest with my cars so. this agervates me but what i might do is paint the inside all black.

has anyone else ever had this problem.

i kinda feel like i got ripped on them but they look really nice in the front its just the inside that is werid. these are my first black rims so i dont know if its just becuase they are black in the center or just cuase the company isnt good.

yes they are the deep dish ones. in the rear
17x10.5 315/30/17 tires
17x9 in the front with 275/40/17

i say a couple of stangs on here with them. i wa just a little mad about the over spray thing but outside of that those rims are extremly nice.

I had same thing with my saleen Reps the outside was glossy black and the inside of wheel was like a silver that got Black overspray on them when they powered them

Unless you clean the insides of your wheels everyday dont worry about it.They will be Brake dust gray soon enough.

otherwise spray the insides black and be happy

Noone ever looks inside the rims past the outsides shine unless something draws attention to it.
