I converted my front brakes to '01GT PBR brakes and i was thinking about something. now that i have their spindles, do i have to use '01GT specific struts for the front when i upgrade? Some guy from summit tech line was telling me that since i upgraded to a new style, i will have to switch over. I am just trying to clear up what i hear. I am trying to research front struts and see what ones i like and what not... but i cant do research till i understand this.

Make any sense??

Makes sense if the strut mounting location is different then a fox body. I guess it would be best to take some measurements from the strut mount holes to the top of the shock tower, then compare them to the fox body stock.

The car will go deep 11's once were done...

The strut mounting points are the same. The Sn95 struts are longer. you can use them on a stock height mustang.

If you have a lowered mustang, you need to use the 87-93 struts.
