I've got an Autometer Tachometer and was wondering how to hook it up. Its got 4 wires coming out the back...one black, one white, one red, and one green. How do I hook this bad boy up?

Most if not all tachs hook up black to ground, white to panel lights, red to hot, and green to the coil.

So could ya'll help me with installation in detail? I'm real good at messing things up so it would be a great help as to where exactly the wires are on the car that would connect to the tach wires

Connect the black to any ground. The red to a + power source in key ON. The green goes to the negitive since of the ignition coil. The white is for the illumanation light for the tach and you would just splice into the lighting system for the dash.
