Awhile back a guy from :SNSign: sponsored me so I could get the X/A Plan pricing, we were going to buy an 04 Cobra but that fell through, I still have the pin number but not sure if it would still be good? I got on the myplan.ford.com website and logged in and when I go to the Vehicles/Pricing part all the brands come up but no actual vehicles come up. What do I need to do here? Can I try and use the original Pin number when buying an 07GT or what? Never bought a vehicle using the X/A Plan before, also how much can you get a new GT for on the plan if it stickers for $27,210? Thanks

X and A plan are two different plans.
I don't know how long a number is good for. Your dealer should be able to tell you.
You have to be a close family member to get the A plan.
X plan is for "friends" and is a little less than invoice. A dealer most likely won't give you as much for a trade, though, if you use X plan.
You save the most if you buy without a trade. Dealers get a set amount of money for vehicles sold on the plans. And they, from what I was told, make up for the loss in profit by giving less for a trade.

X is good for one year. Price comes to just under invoice.

Ours was 28,600

I use A plan, but you have to give your SSN to verify you are a qulaified relative of the A plan member. I get it because I am originally from Detroit and a few family members work for ford direclty. A plan lasts for one year as well. <y 06 GT was 29,240 and the A plan price was 26,500ish. I think A plan is 4% below invoice

The pin numbers do not roll over to the new year. If one is not used in the calender year it expires, and the employee gets a new allocation for thier amount.

I had to give my SSN, the last three digits at least, to get the X plan pin number.

Is there any way to get an x-plan pin number from anywhere? I saw somewhere where someone said that they got sponsored by someone online, and another place where the person just "requested" the x-plan price at the dealership. My fiance's company gets the discount, but we don't get married til March and it is only good for employee and spouse. I was planning on ordering around the first of the year.

Any Ford Employee can sponsor anybody for X-plan. Ford is encouraging their employees so much that they just gave permission to allow 4 more per employee this year. Only info needed is Full name, last 4 of social security, full address, what you are currently driving and what you want to buy. PM me with this info and I will sponsor you for X-plan.

Does using the x-plan invalidate any of the other offers Ford has? For instance, I notice you can get 3.9% financing on a 36-month loan direct from Ford. Would they still offer that with use of the x-plan?

Right on! the X/A plans are ford employee discounts so all incentives, financing deals etc can still be taken advantage of.

See my 11/1/06 reply on X-plan. I still have a few left. Send me a PM with the info and I'll get you an X-plan PIN number.
