Question about throw-out bearing??

Ok, here's the deal. I just put in a Steeda Double Hook Quadrant and a Steeda Firewall Cable Adjuster and a Clutch Pedal Adjuster. Now my throw out bearing is squeeking really bad. I like where the clutch engages and disengages now and I didn't have to mess with turning the Firewall adjuster yet. My question is will adjusting it at the firewall cause the noise to go away? It goes away with the slightest amount of pressure on the clutch pedal. Which way do I need to turn the adjuster to have it apply a little more pressure at the clutch to stop the noise. I just don't really understand the whole turning the adjuster and how or what that effects with the clutch cable. Thanks in advance.

Take the little cover off the transmission where the cable goes in and shoot some lithium grease up in there. That fixes mine. It's sealed off between there and the clutch, so don't worry about greasing your clutch.

Dial the firewall adjuster out, toward the front of the car (exposing more threads of the adjuster). This will eliminate the squeak. Only dial as much as you need. You may need to tug at the cable a bit to get the adjuster to turn. Start with 2 rotations, then try it...then add single rotations, if needed, one at a time, trying the setup in between.
