I just got Nitto 555R 305/35/18 drag radials. I know they are rated at a treadwear of 100.

I want to get 315/30/18 radials when my current ones run out. I did see the Falken RT-615's in this size with a treadwear of 200. My question is the Falken RT-615 tires at 315/30/18 the same size as the Nitto 555R drag radial at 315/30/18?

I know the RT-615 is not a drag radial but I want something comparable in size to a drag radial.

Azenies usually run a bit wide, while nittos run a bit narrow... and the RT-615 is an autox tire but that might be what you want.

Is your car a DD? Run it at the track often?

I don't think nittos run narrow, i put the stock size of 245/45/17 on my car and they rub kind of bad on the front

Yes my car is a daily driver. I want a wide meat tire so I chose the Nitto 555R since I can drive them for about 15,000 miles. I would prefer a wide meat tire that can last a bit longer and I saw the RT-615's have a treadwear rating of 200 which is 100 more than the Nitto.
