That is the whole point of the head. Its the only head on the market designed to allow 2.02 intake valves without notching. They'll even work on 86 flat top pistons and thats guaranteed by TrickFlow. If you dont believe me call them yourself and they'll say the same think. All other brands you can either use the smaller valves, 1.94, notch the pistons or use aftermarket pistons.
