Does anyone know if Victory Blue is just a special color that Saleen makes? Or can it be bought somewhere, If so, where at? I have a 5.0 Mustang that I want to paint that color, but I cant seem to find any where that has that color. Also I would like to see any pics you can find of a Saleen painted in Victory Blue......

It is a Saleen only color, you have to buy your vehicle from them, and it's an additional option (I think $6,000).

AFAIK, they've only made 1 car in Victory Blue, on 03 S-281E car. It was on Ebay last year. Here's the only picture I saved of it...

No idea... I don't think it met reserve on Ebay... either they sold it locally
or they still have it. I haven't seen any pictures posted anywhere.

Ok, Well if this is JUST a Saleen color then, Does anyone know of another paint that is close to that color? If so, what is the name and who makes it???

BASF makes all of the "special" paint for Saleen. Mike, correct me if I'm wrong??? Any good body shop that sprays BASF paints can attempt to get it (depending on their relationship with their supplier) or match Victory Blue for you. It's not rocket science.

Ok, Thanks I'll see if anyone I deal with knows someone with BASF paints. Hopefully the paint wont be to outrageous in price like the $6000 option when buying a Saleen!!

I love that color,… from what I see on my monitor anyway. Have never seen Victory Blue in person. In tfalk’s photo the color looks much like the Caribbean Blue on our G35.

One more outside shot I found. This is supposed to be the Windows ME Edition. I remember seeing one on ebay a while back.

The "Windows ME" Saleen was painted "Microsoft Blue", not Victory Blue. (part of a promotional give-away)

The Victory Blue has a slight color shift to it, the MS ME Saleen was a straight color.

Thanks Mike, I didn't know that. I would stick with the Victory Blue from what I've seen out of the two

I have some pictures of the Microsoft Saleen somewhere... I saw the car in
person a few years ago at the Mustangs Unlimited show. I didn't care for it,
it's too light, like a sky blue.

The pictures posted above of the Victory Blue S-281E are nice, it looks pretty
close to my bright atlantic blue... I seriously considered buying that car when
it was on Ebay.

Yea it looks more like a color for a modded Honda Civic TFalk for some reason I think Bright Atlantic Blue are pretty sweet too
