Question for anyone that has bought a KB SC...

There was a bottle included in my kit that has a blue liquid in it. No where in my instructions does it say what it is or where to use it. Is it oil? At one point they are talking about putting oil on the injector "O" rings and the picture shows a bottle like that but that's it.

What is it and where all is it used?
