Okay, I used the search function and it didn't help me out. I recently purchased a 1992 5.0 and I am looking to give it a bit more power. I am pretty versed in the 4.6 but new to the 5.0. Here is what I have planned.

Mac long tube headers.
Edelbrock performer 5.0
E cam
Scorpion rocker arms
Would it benefit me to get a new Throttle Body? If so what size should I get? 65mm?

Thanks

Do gears first. 3.73 is very good. 3.55 is ok if you drive it ALL the time. I did 3.55 and then went to 3.73. Never looked back.

Starting from scratch knowing what I know now....I'd either put the Trick Flow top end kit on it or go right straight to the Kenne Bell blower. Same kind of money either way.

Should I ditch the long tube and go with the shorties then? On the 4.6 the shorties aren't worth anything hp wise.

I don't think I am going to be putting a blower on this car. I am just looking to pick up the HP a bit without spending to much money. My 02 has sucked all of the money I had anyhow.
