I am looking to change the look of the face of my car. I have a 67 coupe and would like to add lights to the grille. I am not super excited about the standard gt lights and was wondering if the GT500 grille with outboard lights would fit. I see the shape is a little different. I'd hate to purchase the grille to find it won't bolt in and have to return it.

Thank you in advance for you time.

My car is the blue and I want to add the grille from the white car.

In short, I suppose. But it's not cheap or easy. You need Shelby light mounts, but I'm not entirely sure they'll work without the extended Shelby nose. Then there's the wiring, since the grille mounted lights are actually high beams, you'll need to wire a relay. Original Shelby's wired them together, but when I tried that, the lights went out after a couple minutes on high beam until the switch cooled off. Not sure how it's going to look since the Mustang lights are 7" and the Shelby lights are 5". Try Tony Branda's for parts.
